About
HI! I’m Lindsey
I give people hope that they can live a present, active life now. I offer a remedy to reduce chronic inflammation through health education and advocacy. I direct them toward a new path of optimal health without the fear of financial strain.
I'm a medical professional who truly loves helping people, but I don't want to just put a band-aid on the problem—I actually want to get to the root of the issue.
I have autoimmune disorders, so I understand the journey of health on a whole different level. It is personal for me. I treat my patients with that same passion and understanding.
Life’s journey has changed my course in so many ways. I have tried traditional medicine, non-traditional medicine (what we call natural medicine), and changed my diet, eating habits, lifestyle, job, mindset, expectations, workouts, and physicians in pursuit of better health. I have even traveled across the country to seek answers my insurance did NOT cover. I haven’t tried every therapy or treatment out there, but I have tried many, and I have researched A LOT—and I continue to do so every day.
What I have discovered is that medicine is changing every day. Technology is constantly evolving. Don’t settle for “there are no other options.” Keep striving for more, keep digging deeper, keep fighting for yourself. YOU ARE WORTH IT! BE MORE!

An Athletic Trainer is a certified and licensed health care professional who practices in the field of sports medicine. Athletic training has been recognized by the American Medical Association (AMA) as an allied health care profession since 1990.
As defined by the Strategic Implementation Team of the National Athletic Trainers' Association (NATA) in August 2007:
"Athletic training is practiced by athletic trainers, health care professionals who collaborate with physicians to optimize activity and quality of life for patients both of the physically active and sedentary population. Athletic training encompasses the prevention, diagnosis[3] and intervention of emergency, acute and chronic medical conditions involving impairment, functional limitations, and disabilities."
